Casa Diaz is a family-owned restaurant that specializes in recipes originating from Guadalajara, Jalisco, located in West-Central Mexico. All of our recipes are entirely homemade and prepared with love and dedication aiming to bring the best-tasting food for all to enjoy.

From the most basic recipes including the rice and beans to the house specialty Carne En Su Jugo, Casa Diaz cooks everything to its finest! As a family, we aim to bring a wide variety of exquisite and authentic flavors to the table.

To name a few of our popular dishes, the Tacos Ahogados, Enchiladas Rancheras, Queso Fundido, and Torta Ahogada are specially made recipes by our mother Araceli, and will definitely take you on a trip to Guadalajara with just one bite! The tradition of bringing the family together for a great homemade meal goes generations back and our goal as a family is to keep that tradition going.
